Shipping & Delivery Policy
Processing Time
Orders placed on dhintra.com are processed within two (2) business days following confirmation of payment.
Delivery Timeframe
Standard delivery generally requires three to seven (3–7) business days after shipment. At this time, expedited shipping or date-specific delivery services are not available.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all provinces within Canada. However, we do not ship to the following territories at this time: Yukon (YT), Northwest Territories (NT), and Nunavut (NU).
Shipping Costs
Shipping is provided at no additional cost on all items.
Carrier & Tracking
Orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx. Upon shipment, customers will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking and ensure availability for delivery.
Delivery Responsibility
We are not responsible for shipments that carriers record as “Delivered.” If a package is marked as delivered but not received, the customer must file a claim directly with the carrier. Once compensation is issued by the carrier, we will either provide a replacement product or forward the carrier’s compensation to the customer.
Limitation of Liability: We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, weather conditions, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control. Delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Cancellation Policy
- Before Shipment: Orders may be cancelled within 3 hours of purchase at no cost, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
- After Processing/Shipment: Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. Customers may instead request a return under the terms of our Return & Refund Policy.
- Refund Method: Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original form of payment within 2–5 business days. Actual posting times may vary depending on the financial institution.
Limitation of Liability: We are not responsible for delays in cancellation requests, including those caused by time zone differences, communication issues, or technical errors. If your order has already been processed or dispatched at the time of your cancellation request, it will not be eligible for cancellation.
Return & Refund Policy
30-Day Return Policy
Customers may return eligible products within thirty (30) days of receipt under the following conditions:

The product must be in new, unused, and resalable condition with original packaging and all accessories included.
Returns Beyond 30 Days
Returns requested after the 30-day period are not generally accepted. However, in cases where a return is specifically approved by our Customer Service Team:

Return Shipping Addresses
Once your return is authorized, products will be shipped to one of our designated warehouses.
Note: Please contact our Customer Service Team before returning any items to ensure you are directed to the correct location and to receive further guidance on the return process.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original form of payment only.
- Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
- Refunds typically take two to five (2–5) business days to appear, though the exact timing depends on the customer’s financial institution.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases of error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped).
- For orders shipped under “Free Shipping,” the actual shipping cost incurred may be deducted from the refund.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following circumstances:
- Items returned without prior authorization.
- Returns outside the 30-day period without specific approval.
- Products returned in used, damaged, or incomplete condition.
- Packages returned due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or unauthorized refusal of delivery.
Payment Policy
Accepted Methods of Payment
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Shopify Payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other digital wallets available at checkout.
Payment Timing
Payment in full is required at the time of order placement. Orders will not be processed until payment authorization is confirmed.
Currency
All prices are listed and processed in Canadian Dollars. Customers whose financial institutions operate in other currencies may incur conversion charges or international transaction fees. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Payment Processing Disclaimer
All payments are processed securely through third-party providers, including but not limited to Shopify Payments and PayPal. We do not assume responsibility for:
- Declined or failed transactions
- Delays or errors in processing by third-party providers
- Additional fees, service charges, or penalties imposed by financial institutions
Any issues relating to payment, including unauthorized charges or disputes, must be resolved directly between the customer and the relevant financial institution.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Processing times may vary by financial institution and can take up to ten (10) business days.
DHIntra Warranty Policy
DHIntra warrants its products against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of delivery, under normal residential and intended use as described and instructed in the manual of the product.
This limited warranty applies to all DHIntra products, regardless of product category or brand line.
