We stand behind our brand and the quality of the items we sell, and are committed to only producing best-in-class products that are carefully tested and constructed to stand heavy daily use by the most demanding users. When you buy DHI products through our authorized distributors and retailers, you can be assured that you are getting the authentic products. DHI Warranty Policy

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee:

All DHI products are covered by a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Limited Warranty by Product Type:

  • Wooden furniture under the ACACIA and RORNS brands is covered by a 5-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.
  • Outdoor furniture under the Tranquillo brand is backed by a 1-year limited warranty, covering structural and manufacturing defects under standard usage.
  • Hammock frames from Tranquillo receive a 3-year limited warranty, specifically for structural defects during intended use.

Warranty Conditions

  • The product must be purchased as new from an authorized DHI retailer.
  • Proof of purchase (such as a receipt or invoice) is a requirement.
  • Photos of the defective part(s) is highly recommended.
  • This warranty is void if the product is altered or improperly used.

Please ascertain to register your product to receive up to date warranty and product information. This warranty becomes valid immediately upon completing the registration.  Your product will be replaced or you will receive a prorated refund, at our option, should it be found defective because of faulty workmanship or structural defects other than specific limitations contained herein.  Please read this Limited Warranty carefully. To maintain your Warranty, you will need to comply with the conditions stated here.

DHI warrants your product against manufacturing defects only and does not cover damages that result from misuse. Manufacturing defects include circumstances where the product has broken under normal use and no longer provides proper support. Proper support is defined as even weight distribution. In the event you encounter a manufacturing defect, please stop using this product immediately and contact customer service. The warranty and financial responsibility of the manufacturer applies only to the product itself and does not extend to items that might be used with the purchased product.

This warranty is valid only to the original purchaser of the product, who is the first purchaser of the product as indicated on the original sales receipt or invoice and who purchased the product from an authorized dealer as a new product. The original invoice is required and is the only acceptable proof of purchase, so please retain your original invoice.

Claims & Support

If your product fails due to a covered manufacturing defect:

  • Stop using the product immediately

  • Provide your product registration details, original invoice, and photos of the defect

Our qualified team will assist you through the claims process and determine the best course of action — either repair, replacement, or refund.
