Nope! This is a platform bed frame with built-in solid wood slats, so you can place your mattress directly on it — no box spring needed.
What kind of wood is the bed frame made of?
Our frames are crafted from FSC®-certified solid Acacia/Rubberwood, responsibly sourced from sustainable plantations in Southeast Asia.
Is the wood treated with anything toxic?
